These Terms of Service govern the use of the mobile game
Last Stage Survivors (“Service”) provided by
MNM PLAY Co., Ltd. (“Company”).

1. Service Provision

The Company provides game content and related services
through mobile devices.
The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service
for operational or technical reasons.

2. User Obligations

Users must comply with these Terms and applicable laws
when using the Service.

Users shall not:

• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  
  

• Use unauthorized programs or exploit methods
  
  

• Infringe upon the rights of others or violate laws
  
  

• Copy, modify, or distribute Service data without permission
  
  

3. Accounts and Data

Game data related to the Service
may be stored on the user’s device or on servers.

The Company is not responsible for data loss or changes
caused by technical issues, policy changes, or service termination,
to the extent permitted by law.

4. Paid Content and Payments

The Service may include optional paid content via in-app purchases.

All payments are processed through
Apple App Store or Google Play,
and refunds are subject to each platform’s policies.

5. Suspension or Termination of Service

The Company may restrict or suspend access to the Service
in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
  
  

• Disruption of service operations
  
  

• System maintenance, failures, or force majeure events
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Service
(game content, graphics, sound, code, etc.)
is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit
any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from
events beyond its reasonable control,
including natural disasters, network failures, or platform policy changes.

8. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms in accordance with applicable laws.
Any changes will be announced through the Service or the website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes arising from the Service
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Korean courts.
